Frequently Asked Questions
Who can participate in the Community Clinic Program?
How can I participate in the Community Clinic Program?
Anyone is eligible for the (currently) low cost $900 yearly fee. There are many other ways to participate in the Community Clinic Program. Civic groups and churches can sponsor someone into the program by paying the annual fee. Small businesses can give our Community Clinic Program as gifts to their employees and use it as a write-off to provide primary care to their employees in addition to their workman’s insurance.
What are your hours?
Typically we are open seven days a week, with our hours being M-F 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:30 am to 3:00pm. Occasionally we do close when Dr. Berliner is out of town and we can’t find a substitute. However, we will post that in advance on the front door. Contact us for more specific information. Additionally we have an urgent contact number for after-hours which is (770) 699-1800.
How much is a walk in office visit?
How much is a walk in office visit? Walk-in office visits are available to non-Community Clinic Program members for $90.00 for established patients and a one time office visit $110 for new patients. Any additional services provided such as shots, medications, xrays, etc. are extra, and decided upon at patient and doctor discretion. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are always welcome.
Do I need medical insurance?
