Spring Break Nearly Over.

Busy Friday, nice clear day. Med Student is pulling her weight. Influenza type A with ARDS and R basilar Pneumonia. Treated aggressively with O2, Nebs, IM meds and PO meds. will see back on continued basis.  Influenza Type B with RAD treated more typically. Hip and Back Arthrosis.  Obstipation and Abdominal pain. Weight Loss with HCG. DOT, Disability, Scuba, & Boy Scout PE’s x7. Strep & fever x2. URI & fever x2. Diabetes. Psych Consult. Medication renewals. Tinnitus. Influenza PO prophylaxis. Peridontal disease. I&D Pustules. Going to ride, and head home. Might be a busy weekend as folk return from Spring Break.
