21 patients Midweek, very slow morning, then rushed the doors at closing time. Med student is catching up with EMR, working on details. Presyncopy & HA with fast R nystagmus. Erosive Gastritis with strong psychic overlay. Wt. loss x4, two required adjustment of HR & BP also. Rhinosinusitis, Urinary incontinence and UTI. Fever and consolable crying child. numerous med refills. Off to ride.
