Gloomy – Rainy Sunday. 14 patients in the door. Medication Consults and Weight Loss & labs x5. Mood DO and Chronic Pain x2, Food Borne gastroenteritis with N/V/D from 4 AM. Revised lumbar MRSA I&D RTC with excellent regression of abscess and symptoms, CDI w/o DC, redressed wet to dry with betadine. Medication adjustments x2. Post 2 weeks MVA rollover, never evaluated, now with HA, Tinnitus, & Neck pain – sent for CT of Head & Neck r/o slow ICH, & Occult Fx. Allergic Rhinitis. Chronic pain x2. Headed to ride, then Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar with Elizabeth.
