Suture Removal from a Sebaceous cyst I&D – looking good. Knee contusion. Back Strain. Axillary Suppurative Hidradenitis. Menorrhagia. Candida Rash. Keratosis Pilaris Rash. Allergic Contact Dermatitis Rash. Chemical Conjunctivitis. Pharyngitis. Mystery Rash that looks like infected tick bite, and secondary Candida – trx with Doxycycline and Fluconazole. Onr DOT PE. Malignant HTN with Hypothyroidism and noncompliance. URI with Bronchospasm x3. Another Axillary I&D of a MRSA Abscess at the close.
