9 Patients working solo on an Easter Sunday from 10 AM until 1 PM. Staff had the day off. Deferred another 5 patients (who called) until Monday. Gastritis. URI with Pleurisy and Right Costo-Sternal Ligament strain. Migraine with Depression overlay. Domestic Stressors with acute anxiety and Mood DO. HTN meds. Persistent Bronchitis & RAD s/p acute URI. TMJ injection. Back pain & Mm. spasm in thoraco-scoliosis with implanted rods. Recheck on the boy with the BB-gun shot wound, pulled the through and through wick. Redressed. Home to Kell’s 19th Birthday celebration. Maybe ride the Greenway beforehand.
