Malignant Hypertension, with Anxiety and URI. Erosive Gastritis. Gastroenteritis. Allergic Dermatitis. Recheck of fingertip partial amputation. Plantar Fasciitis with Calcaneal Heel Spur. Hand contusion and secondary Cellulitis. Sinusitis. URI & Bronchospasm. Going to Ride. Then Judo.
