Who can participate? If you do not have insurance this is an ideal program for you. You can utilize the facility according to the terms of our agreement and receive the best healthcare possible whhile not spending a small fortune on insurance. Remember that this payment option only covers services at Chestatee Emergent Medical Care Inc. in Dawsonville. It does not cover outside services such as hospitalization, surgery, prescriptions, specialists or any other services received outside of the clinic.

How can I participate? There are many ways to participate in this program. Civic groups and churches can sponsor someone into the program by paying the annual fee. Small businesses can give our community clinic program as gifts to their employees and use it as a write-off and a supplemental to their workman's compensation insurance. When are you open? Typically we are open seven days a week, with our hours being M-F 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 10:00am to 3:00pm. Occasionally we do close, however we will post that in advance on the front door.

How much is a walk in visit? Walk-in visits are available to non Community Clinic members for $50.00. Any additional services provided are extra. No appointments are needed and walk-ins are always welcome.

Do I need insurance? Currently the only insurance that we file for and accept are Medicare and Tricare. The $50.00 office visit only applies to bills that are paid in full at the time of the visit.
